Bulk actions

Perform the same action on multiple candidates at once from your candidate list. Use bulk actions to remove candidates, move them to the next stage, or run AI evaluation without opening each profile individually.

Select candidates

Select the candidates you want to update before choosing a bulk action. The selection tools help you work quickly across a full page of results.

• Individual checkboxes — Select specific candidates one by one.
• Select all — Use the main checkbox to select all candidates shown on the page.
• Deselect candidates — Clear any candidate by clicking the checkbox again.
• Selection counter — Check the counter at the top of the list to confirm how many candidates are selected.

Bulk delete candidates

Delete multiple candidates at the same time when you no longer need them in the pipeline. Review the selection carefully before you confirm the action.

When you use Bulk Delete:

• Confirmation is required — Review the selected candidates before the deletion is applied.
• Multiple candidates are removed together — Delete the current selection in one action instead of removing candidates one by one.
• The action cannot be undone — Use bulk delete only when you are certain the records should be removed.

Bulk move to next stage

Move selected candidates forward in your hiring pipeline in one action. This is useful when several candidates are ready for the same next step.

You can use bulk stage changes across the stages in your workflow, such as moving candidates from Screening to Interview or from Interview to Review. After the move is applied, the selected candidates update to the next stage together.

Bulk stage changes help you:

• Keep the pipeline current — Update candidate progress without editing each profile individually.
• Process large groups faster — Move multiple candidates in a single action.
• Confirm progress quickly — Review how many candidates were moved after the action completes.

Bulk AI evaluation

Run AI evaluation on multiple selected candidates at once. This helps you review candidate submissions more efficiently when you need evaluation output for a larger group.

Bulk AI evaluation applies your configured evaluation criteria to the selected candidates and generates AI-produced scoring or recommendations based on that setup. Use the results as part of your review process, alongside your team's judgment.
