Set up Xinterview, create your first job, and invite candidates to a video interview in minutes.

Welcome to Xinterview. This quickstart gives you a clean, guided path from setup to your first posted job.

Before you start, have a browser, a work email, and the basic details for the role you want to post.

What you'll do

Follow these four stages to get from account setup to completed interviews.

Step 1: Create Your Account 🔑

Start your hiring journey by registering on Xinterview. This is the foundation for everything that follows.

Go to the Xinterview sign-up page

Visit the registration page and click Create Account or Sign Up.

Enter your details

Provide your full name, a valid work email address, and a strong password with at least 8 characters.

Verify your email with OTP

Check your inbox and spam folder for the verification message from Xinterview. Enter the 6-digit OTP in the verification window to confirm your email address.

Set basic company details

Complete your company profile with your company name, company size, and optional company website URL.

Use your work email for registration. Avoid temporary email addresses, since you may need them for important notifications.

Account ready — your account is now created and verified, and you can log in and start using Xinterview.

Step 2: Create a job position

Create the role, then shape the interview around the skills you want to assess.

Add a job

Create the job posting with the role details you want candidates to see.

Create the video interview

Build interview questions that match the role and the outcomes you want to evaluate.

Add team members to the job

Include the right reviewers for this position so everyone has the context they need.

Customize the setup

Adjust branding colors and other settings so the experience matches your hiring style.

Step 3: Add and invite candidates

Once the job is ready, share it using the method that best fits your workflow.

Invite link

Generate a unique URL for the job and share it through email, a job board, or LinkedIn.

Invite via email

Send individual invitations directly to selected candidates.

Bulk invite

Upload a CSV file with names and email addresses to invite many candidates at once.

Step 4: Review and share interviews

After candidates finish, review their interviews and share the results with your team.

Review submissions

Open each completed interview and evaluate performance against the role requirements.

Share with teammates

Send interviews to hiring teammates so everyone can contribute to the decision.

Choose the next stage

Use the interview results to decide which candidates should move forward.
