Generate AI Report evaluates an individual candidate's responses against your configured evaluation factors and scoring labels. It uses your question mapping to apply the right criteria to each response and returns a structured report for that candidate.
Use this option when you want AI Evaluation for a specific candidate without running evaluation for a larger group. This is useful for targeted reviews, follow-up decisions, or jobs where automatic bulk evaluation is not enabled.
Before you use Generate AI Report
Complete this setup once before you generate reports. After setup is in place, you can run AI Evaluation for any candidate without repeating these configuration steps.
Set up AI Evaluation in this order so the system has the right scoring context before it evaluates candidate responses:

Configure position level and strictness level to calibrate AI Evaluation for the role and the level of judgment you want applied.

Create evaluation factors to define the criteria used to assess candidate responses, such as communication skills, technical knowledge, or cultural fit.

Once processing finishes, open the generated report on the candidate profile to review the results.
