Troubleshoot video loading issues
Loading problems are usually temporary. In most cases, the video is still processing or the video provider is experiencing a temporary outage.
If a candidate video is stuck on processing, takes longer than expected to appear, or does not load, wait up to 24 hours before taking further action.
Try these steps first
Wait for processing to finish
Video processing usually completes automatically. If the recording was recently submitted, give the system up to 24 hours to make the video available.
Refresh the page
Reload the page to check whether the video has finished processing. If needed, clear your browser cache and then refresh again.
Check your browser
Open the page in a supported browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Browser-specific issues can prevent the player from loading correctly.
If the video is still unavailable after 24 hours
If the video still does not appear after 24 hours, the issue is often related to a network problem, a browser issue, or an interrupted upload during interview submission.
If the video remains unavailable after 24 hours and the candidate's response cannot be recovered, ask the candidate to record and resubmit the interview.
