Update candidate details

Edit a candidate's profile from the job stage where they appear, then save the changes to update the profile immediately.

Open the correct job and stage first so you can find the candidate quickly and update their details in one place.

What you can do

Use Edit Candidate Details to correct missing or incorrect candidate information during the hiring process. You can update contact details, fix name fields, and replace the current resume when needed.

Editable fields

You can update the following fields:

  • First name — Change the candidate's first name.
  • Last name — Change the candidate's last name.
  • Email ID — Correct or update the candidate's email address.
  • Mobile number — Add or update the candidate's phone number.
  • Resume — Upload a new resume or replace the existing file.

How it works

Open the job from your dashboard

Go to your dashboard and open the job you are managing.

Select the stage with the candidate

Click the stage that contains the candidate you want to update. The candidate list for that stage opens.

Open the candidate profile

Select the candidate to view their full profile and details.

Click Edit Candidate Details

Locate Edit Candidate Details at the top of the screen and click it to open the candidate information form.

Update the information

Edit the fields you need to change.

  • Update the first name, last name, email ID, or mobile number.
  • Upload a new resume if you need to replace the existing file.

Save your changes

Click Save to apply the updates. The candidate profile reflects your changes immediately.
