Download all candidate video responses as a single ZIP file so you can review them offline or share them with your hiring team through approved internal workflows.

Start the download from the candidate's profile view in the stage where their interview responses are stored.

What you can do

Use this feature to download a candidate's video responses in one ZIP file. This is useful when you need to review interviews without internet access or complete evaluations outside the platform.

Download the videos

Open the job you are managing

Go to your dashboard and open the job that contains the candidate video responses you want to review.

Select the correct stage

Click the stage that contains the candidate. The candidate list for that stage opens.

Open the candidate view

Select the candidate to open their full profile and response details.

Click Download Video

Find the Download Video button at the top of the candidate view, then click it to start the download process.

Wait while the ZIP file is prepared

The system prepares a ZIP file that contains the candidate's video responses. This may take a few moments, depending on the file size.

Save the downloaded file

Once the ZIP file is ready, the download starts automatically. Save the file to a secure location so you can review the videos offline.

What happens next

After the download finishes, you can open the ZIP file and review the candidate's video responses on your device. If the download does not begin right away, wait a moment for the ZIP file to finish preparing before trying again.

Downloaded candidate videos contain confidential recruitment materials.

  • Use downloaded videos only for recruitment and hiring evaluation.
  • Do not share candidate videos outside your recruitment team.
