Basic information
Use shareable links when you need to collect feedback from people outside your hiring team or from stakeholders who do not have platform access. Each link gives access to the candidate content you choose to share, without requiring the recipient to sign in.
This approach helps you keep the review process simple while still limiting what is visible on each link.
How it works
Create a shareable link from the candidate view, where you choose what the recipient can access before sending it.
Open the job from the dashboard
From your dashboard, open the job that contains the candidate you want to share. Make sure you are working in the correct job before moving to the next step.
Select the correct stage
Choose the stage where the candidate currently appears. This helps you find the right candidate record when the job has multiple stages in progress.
Open the candidate view
Click the candidate to open their full profile and video response view. You should now see the candidate details and response content in one place.
Locate the shareable link option
At the top of the candidate view, find the shareable link option. Open it to start creating a link for this specific candidate.
Configure the sharing options
Set the visibility and review controls for this link, such as hiding the candidate name or resume and enabling comments or feedback. Configure the link based on what the recipient needs to see.
Generate or copy the link
Create the link if it has not been generated yet, or copy the existing link if one is already available. Confirm that the link settings match the audience before sending it.
Share the link with the intended recipient
Send the link to the hiring manager, client, or stakeholder who needs to review the candidate. Recipients can open the link directly without logging in.
