Steps to Edit a Questions Template
Open Settings
Open your Xinterview workspace and go to the Settings page.
You manage workspace-level templates from Settings.
Open Questions Templates
Select the Questions Templates section in Settings.
This section lists the templates you have already created.
Select the template to edit
Choose the template you want to update.
The template opens so you can make changes to its questions and settings.
Update the template name if needed
Edit the template name if its current name no longer fits its purpose.
Use a name that clearly describes the role, stage, or question set it supports.
Add or remove questions
Add new questions or remove questions that are no longer needed.
