Update your Xinterview password to keep your account secure and protect sensitive information.

Changing Your Password

Regularly changing your password is an important security practice. A strong password helps protect your account and the sensitive information in Xinterview.

Use a new password that is unique, different from any previous password, and includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Steps to Change Your Password

Navigate to Profile Settings

Open Xinterview and go to Profile Settings.

Open the Security section

Find the Security section in Profile Settings.

This section contains your password controls.

Click Change Password

Select Change Password to open the password update form.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password in the current password field.

Xinterview uses this to verify your identity before you make a change.

Enter your new password

Type a new password in the new password field.

Use a password that is different from your previous passwords.

Confirm your new password

Re-enter the new password in the confirmation field.

Make sure both entries match exactly.

Review the password requirements

Check the password requirements before saving.

Use a password with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Click Save

Select Save to apply the password change.

Xinterview updates your password after the save completes.

Confirm the password change

Sign in again or confirm the success message after saving.

Your password has been changed successfully when the update is accepted.

Never share your password with anyone. Xinterview will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other message.

Use a passphrase made from several unrelated words, then add numbers and special characters. For example, combine a few memorable words with a number and a symbol to make the password easier to remember and harder to guess.
