Open the job editor
Open the job editor for the job you want to update.
Click the Customisation tab
Select the Customisation tab in the job editor.
Open the Notification section
Open the Notification section.
Open the Form Notification tab
In the Interview Form section, click the Form Notification tab.
Turn on Notify candidate
Find the Notify candidate toggle and turn it on.

Click Save to apply the notification setting.

If you are using SMTP integration, verify that the SMTP configuration is correct. You can also try deleting the SMTP integration and reconnecting it again.
