Send reminder emails to candidates who started an interview but did not complete it, and optionally schedule when reminders are sent.

Remind candidates with email notifications

Turn on reminder emails so candidates receive a follow-up after starting an interview but not completing it.

Reminders are sent to candidates who begin the interview but do not finish it, and you can choose when the reminder is sent.

Open the job editor

Open the job editor for the job you want to update.

Click the Customisation tab

Select the Customisation tab in the job editor.

Open the Notification section

Expand the Notification section.

Open the Form Notification tab

In the Interview Form section, open the Form Notification tab.

Turn on the reminder option

Turn on the reminder option for candidates who started but did not complete the interview.

Set the reminder timing

Set the delay or date for sending the reminder email if that option is available.

Save

Click Save to apply the reminder email setting.
