BillingUsage Overview

Usage Overview

Review plan usage, remaining limits, team seats, candidate responses, and coin credits from the Xinterview billing dashboard.

Usage Overview

View all your account usage from one billing dashboard. You can check how much of your plan you have used, how much remains, and where your limits apply across jobs, team seats, candidate responses, and coin credits.

Exact limits depend on your current plan. Your dashboard shows the limits, remaining quota, and renewal details that apply to your account.

Review usage from the billing dashboard

Open the billing dashboard to see your current usage and remaining allowance across the main account limits. This is the fastest way to confirm whether you are close to a limit before upgrading, adding teammates, or running more candidate activity.

Open the billing dashboard

Sign in to Xinterview and go to the billing dashboard for your account.

This page centralizes plan usage, renewal details, and available quota across your subscription.

Check each usage section

Review the sections for plan usage, active jobs, team seats, monthly candidate responses, and coin credits.

Each section shows what you have used, what remains, and whether you need to take action.

Use the next action if you are near a limit

If a section shows low remaining capacity, decide whether to upgrade your plan, buy additional coins, or contact support.

Your dashboard gives you a quick view of what needs attention before usage blocks your team.

Plan usage summary

The plan usage summary gives you the top-level view of your subscription status. Use it to confirm your current tier and when your allowance resets.

You can expect to see:

  • Total Usage — overall consumption based on your current plan
  • Usage Remaining — available quota before reaching your plan limit
  • Plan Type — your current subscription tier, such as Basic, Professional, or Enterprise
  • Renewal Date — when your plan resets or renews

This section is the best starting point when you want a quick answer about account capacity. If usage looks higher than expected, continue into the sections below to see which area is driving it.

Active jobs tracking

The active jobs section shows how many live job postings your account is currently using. It helps you decide whether you can publish another job or need to free up space first.

Look for these details:

  • Active Jobs Count — total number of active job postings in your account
  • Jobs Remaining — maximum jobs allowed minus currently active jobs
  • Job Limit — total active job postings permitted under your plan

Archived or deleted jobs do not count toward your active job limit. If you have reached your limit, archive or delete old postings that are no longer needed, or upgrade your plan to add more active job slots.

Team seats management

The team seats section shows how many people currently have access to your account. Account owners and admins can use it to track seat utilization before inviting more team members.

You can expect to see:

  • Team Seats Used — number of team members currently active
  • Team Seats Remaining — available seats under your plan
  • Total Seat Limit — maximum team members allowed
  • Seat Utilization — seats currently in use

If you need more seats than your plan includes, contact support. The support team can help with adding additional seats for your account.

Monthly candidate response usage

The monthly candidate response section tracks how many candidate interview responses your account has recorded during the current billing period. This helps you monitor usage before you reach the monthly limit.

Review these items:

  • Candidate Responses Used — number of candidate interview responses recorded this month
  • Responses Remaining — available responses before the monthly limit is reached
  • Monthly Limit — total candidate responses included in your plan
  • Usage — visual indicator of monthly quota consumption
  • Reload Date — the date when your monthly response quota resets

You may also see current-month usage details for the active billing period. If you need additional responses before the next reload date, contact support to discuss adding more.

Coin credits system

The coin credits section shows the balance available for AI-related tasks in your account. Use it to understand how many coins you have left and whether any credits will expire.

This section may include:

  • Total Coins Available — current coin balance in your account
  • Coins Used — coins consumed during the billing period
  • Coins Remaining — available coins for future AI tasks
  • Expiration Date — when coins expire, if expiration applies
  • AI Evaluation — coin usage tied to AI-powered candidate evaluation

If your account uses coin-based features regularly, check this section before running more AI evaluations. When your balance is low, buy additional coins to avoid interruption.

Quick actions

When you are close to a plan limit, use the billing dashboard to move directly to the next action. Choose the action that matches the limit you need to address.
