Archive a job from the dashboard, understand the permanent impact, and find archived jobs in the Archived section.
Archive a job
Archiving a job removes it from your active workflow. The action is permanent, and you cannot reactivate an archived job later.
When you archive a job, you lose access to the candidate details associated with that job. Confirm the action only if you no longer need those records.
Archive workflow
Open the Dashboard
Go to the Dashboard and locate the job you want to archive.
Select Archive
Click the Archive button for that job.
Confirm the action
Confirm the archive action when prompted.
Find archived jobs
Open the Archived section of the Dashboard to view archived jobs.
