Cloning a job

Cloning a job creates a new listing with the same title, description, interview questions, settings, and other configurations from the original. Use it when you want to reuse a successful template or launch a similar role without rebuilding the setup from scratch.

Cloning is useful when you want to keep what worked and start with a clean slate. The cloned job keeps your setup, but it does not carry over candidate activity or interview outcomes.

Clone a job

Navigate to the job listing

Open the job you want to reuse from your job listings.

Click Clone Job

Select Clone Job to create a copy of the listing.
