How to Set Up the Thank You Page

What is Thank You Page?

The Thank You Page lets you create a personalized message that candidates see after completing the interview. Use it to thank candidates for their time, provide next steps, and leave a positive lasting impression of your company brand.

How to Set Up the Thank You Page

Open the job you want to update

Create a new job or open an existing job in edit mode.

Open the Customisation tab

Select Customisation from the job settings.

Open the Content tab

In the Interview Form section on the left, select Content.

Open the Thank You Page section

Go to the Thank You Page section.

Add your message

Add your custom thank you message, including next steps and timeline information.

Save your changes

Click Save to apply the update.

Thank You Page Customization

Use the Thank You Page to include the details candidates need after the interview.

  • Welcome Message — Start with a personalized greeting that thanks candidates for their participation and the time they spent on the interview.
  • Next Steps Information — Clearly explain what happens next in the hiring process and when candidates can expect to hear from you.
  • Timeline Details — Share an estimated review and feedback timeframe, such as "We will contact you within 5 to 7 business days".
  • Contact Information — Include email or support contact details for candidates who have questions about their interview or results.
