Adding Your Own Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy Link

Add Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy links to the interview page so candidates can review your legal terms before they continue.

This feature lets you display links to your company's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on the interview page. Candidates can review the legal terms before they participate.

Open the job editor

When you create a new job or edit an existing job, open the job editor.

Open the Customisation tab

Select the Customisation tab.

Open the Form Element tab

In the Interview Form section on the left side, select the Form Element tab.

Find the Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy field

Locate the Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy field in the form elements list.

Add your policy links

Enter your policy URLs or enable the default links, then click Save.

What to Add

  • Terms & Conditions Link — Add the direct URL to your company's Terms & Conditions page.
  • Privacy Policy Link — Add the direct URL to your company's Privacy Policy page.

URL Format

Use direct, publicly accessible URLs such as:

https://yourcompany.com/terms-and-conditions
https://yourcompany.com/privacy-policy

Best Practices

  • Use your company's official policy URLs.
  • Make sure the links are publicly accessible.
  • Keep both policies clear and up to date.
  • Display the links prominently on the interview page.
  • Add an acknowledgment checkbox if you need candidates to confirm acceptance.
  • Update the links whenever your policies change.
