Fine-Tune Question Settings
These settings apply to video, audio, text, and single choice questions where relevant.
- Allowed Takes — Available for video and audio questions only. This controls how many times a candidate can re-record or retry.
- Thinking Time — Sets how long the candidate has to prepare before answering. For example, 30 seconds.
- Allocated Response Time — Sets how long the candidate has to complete the answer. For example, 2 minutes.
Use these settings to match the pace of the interview to the role. Shorter times work well for quick screening questions, while longer times give candidates room for detailed answers.
